Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Per Diem Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our primary care team in Jacksonville (Windy Hill), FL. The ideal candidate is passionate about providing high-quality, patient-focused care in a collaborative and supportive environment.

Qualifications:
Master’s Degree in Nursing (for Nurse Practitioners) or Physician Assistant Studies
Current and active Florida license to practice as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
Current DEA license (or ability to obtain prior to start)
Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in a primary care or outpatient setting preferred
Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred, but not required
