Description
We are actively looking for a Human Resources Training Analyst who will ensure compliance with the training plan in accordance with organizational requirement
Activities
- Coordinate and deliver internal and external training programs.
- Manage induction/onboarding courses.
- Conduct Training Needs Assessments (TNA) as required.
- Ensure compliance with requirements during internal and external audits.
- Follow up on training effectiveness.
- Maintain training databases.
- Record training activities in the SIRCE platform.
- Ensure the delivery of courses and training sessions.
- Control, update, and ensure the posting of skills matrices on the production floor.
- Administer evaluations to employees.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Advanced English proficiency.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
