In this role, you’ll drive Sales Force Effectiveness by delivering impactful insights, ensuring high‑quality CRM and analytics platforms, and enabling seamless digital execution across all customer‑facing systems. At the same time, this role strengthens commercial capabilities through targeted training programs, competency development, and coaching. Together, these responsibilities ensure reliable data, optimized tools, and a continuously improving, future‑ready sales organization.

Job Description

Your Key Responsibilities:

Your responsibilities include, but not limited to:

  • Deliver accurate SFE analytics and KPIs to monitor commercial campaigns, programs, and field‑force productivity, supporting data‑driven decision making.

  • Maintain and enhance performance dashboards and analytics tools (Power BI, Power Apps, Alteryx) with GCC support to ensure reliable and user‑friendly reporting systems.

  • Ensure CRM data quality and harmonization across SCOUT, Axtria, Salesforce, and related systems, including HCP tagging, profile updates, and data synchronization with Pitcher.

  • Execute and coordinate digital initiatives across Marketing Cloud, Pitcher, HCP Portal, and corporate digital platforms, collaborating with cross‑functional partners.

  • Support and optimize corporate and HCP portals, ensuring seamless user experience, compliant content upload, and effective integration with broader SFE and CRM tools.

  • Design and implement training programs for medical representatives, first‑line managers, and commercial roles, aligned to business capability needs and strategic priorities.

  • Develop high‑impact learning materials and promote blended learning approaches such as digital modules, micro‑learning, gamification, and e‑learning solutions.

  • Assess competency gaps and deliver field coaching, tracking training KPIs to measure engagement, learning retention, and salesforce performance improvement.

What you’ll bring to the role:

Essential Requirements:

  • Demonstrates relevant experience and role readiness, applying prior expertise of at least 5 years in SFE, CRM systems, analytics, or commercial capability development effectively in daily responsibilities.

  • Builds strong cross‑functional collaboration and stakeholder partnerships with Sales, Marketing, Medical, IT, Compliance and P&O, ensuring smooth coordination and clear communication.

  • Executes projects with strong planning and discipline, managing timelines, prioritizing effectively, and handling multiple workstreams with minimal supervision.

  • Identifies problems proactively and drives continuous improvement, proposing structured solutions that enhance SFE processes, data quality, digital execution or training outcomes.

  • Maintains high accuracy and timeliness of SCOUT HCP/HCO data updates, ensuring consistency and reliability across SCOUT, Axtria and interconnected platforms.

  • Delivers high‑quality SFE dashboards and KPIs, ensuring reports are accurate, comprehensive and actionable for campaign and field performance tracking.

  • Executes digital initiatives with quality and impact, ensuring timely deployment, innovation and strong integration across Marketing Cloud, Pitcher, HCP Portals and websites.

  • Improves customer engagement across digital channels, monitoring reach, frequency and interaction quality across digital platforms and portals.
