Job Description

V oddelku kadrov iščemo Kadrovskega poslovnega partnerja, ki bo odgovoren za zagotavljanje strateške kadrovske podpore posameznim enotam in izvajanje kadrovske strategije, z namenom doseganja poslovnih ciljev posameznih enot na ravni države/lokacije.

Vaše ključne odgovornosti:

  • Vodenje plana zaposlovanja (z izjemo globalnih vlog): načrtovanje št. zaposlenih, izvajanje programov za vodenje in razvoj talentov, izvajanje pregleda talentov in načrtovanja nasledstev, izvajanje programov za vodje in razvoj talentov.

  • Spremljanje procesa upravljanja delovne uspešnosti: sodelovanje z enotami in vodji z namenom razvoja visoko uspešnih timov; podpora pri letnem procesu upravljanja z delovno uspešnostjo.

  • Podpora oddelku “Pridobivanje in zaposlovanje talentov” pri oblikovanju ugleda delodajalca (lokalne EVP aktivnosti) in upravljanje s procesom uvajanja novih sodelavcev.

  • Podpora oddelku “Nagrajevanje” pri rednih procesih nagrajevanja (letni pregled plač, relokacije, vrednotenje pozicij, sprememb plač) in upravljanje z lokalnimi ugpdnostmi/ benefiti.

  • Podpora pri procesu sprememb in upravljanja s pozicijami (vključno z napredovanji, odhodi) in iniciranje organizacijskih sprememb.

  • Vodenje lokalnih iniciativ Raznolikosti, enakosti in vključenosti (DEI) in programov vključenosti ter zavzetosti.

  • Podpora ER na področju Speak-up in pri drugih lokalnih zadevah in svetovanje v zvezi s kadrovskimi politikami na ravni države.

  • Odgovornost za osebni in strokovni razvoj.

 Vaš doprinos k delovnem mestu: 

  • Visokošolska ali univerzitetna stopnja izobrazbe kadrovsko menedžerske, ekonomske ali druge ustrezne družboslovne smeri.

  • Aktivno znanje angleškega jezika.

  • Minimalno 3 leta delovnih izkušenj na kadrovskem področju.

In the People & Organization department, we are looking for a P&O Business Partner you will be responsible for enabling business performance by driving & executing people & org. plans for specific business unit(s) at a country/site level.

Join us as a Founder of our ‘new’ Sandoz and Lek! 

Your key responsibilities:

Your responsibilities include, but not limited to:

  • Driving Talent agenda of country / site roles: Workforce planning execution, Talent mgmt. program adoption, Talent review and succession planning, Leadership dev., Talent dev.

  • Driveing Performance mgmt: partners with organization and people leaders to build high-performing teams, supports annual performance management process.

  • Supporting Talent Acquisition in Employer branding (local EVP) and manages Onboarding.

  • Supporting Rewards in Year-End process, Global Mobility, Compensation, Job Evaluation and manages local Benefits.

  • Supporting position changes and position management process (incl. promotions and exits) and initiates org. changes.

  • Driving local Culture & DEI initiatives and eng. plans, supports ER in Speak-up and other local matters and advised on in-country P&O policies.

  • Responsibility for personal and professional development.

  • Providing conditions for and control of the implementation of HSE tasks and requirements in the unit.

What you will bring to the role:

  • Higher education degree.

  • Fluent in English.

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in the HR area.
