As Logistics Operations Lead (d/f/m), you will be responsible for the smooth and efficient management of production materials warehousing and for organizing and leading warehouse operations. You will lead the team, ensure the onboarding and training of new employees, and support effective knowledge transfer within the team. You will be responsible for the development and maintenance of warehouse and logistics systems and processes, as well as for the implementation of modern technologies and equipment improvements in compliance with legal requirements, internal and external regulations, and good industry practices. You will also be accountable for effective workforce planning and for ensuring a balanced alignment between demand and available resources.


Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Comprehensive management of storage services for production materials, including oversight of all activities related to the quantitative and qualitative receipt, weighing, dispatch, and storage of goods at the designated warehouse location, as well as ensuring all safety and technical conditions required to safeguard and preserve the value of warehouse inventory.
  • Responsibility for organizing warehouse operations and processes with the aim of ensuring proper working conditions and supervising the implementation of all health, safety, and environmental (HSE) requirements within the unit at the designated warehouse location. This includes responsibility for the consistent execution of work instructions and cleaning procedures.
  • Training of employees and supervising the implementation of applicable regulations at the designated warehouse location.
  • Ensuring the development and maintenance of warehouse and logistics information systems and processes, including the development and introduction of new technologies and methodologies in warehouse operations, as well as modernizing and optimizing logistics equipment in accordance with legislation, internal and external regulations, best practices, and business objectives.
  • Responsibility for driving operational excellence in improving efficiency, productivity, and quality to ensure the competitiveness of the site.
  • Leading and managing processes to achieve optimal planning and balance between demand and resources in the operational and tactical horizon (S&OP, IBP, RCCP), in collaboration with global and local supply organizations and other stakeholders.

What You Will Bring To The Role:

  • University‑level education in a technical or economic field, or a secondary‑school education with an appropriate number of years of relevant work experience.
  • A minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience in warehouse operations with higher education, or a secondary‑school education and a minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office and familiarity with the information systems TW, SAP, WAMAS, and WERUM.

Kot Vodja skladiščnih operacij boste odgovorni za nemoteno in učinkovito upravljanje skladiščenja proizvodnih materialov ter za organizacijo in vodenje skladiščnih aktivnosti. Vodili boste ekipo, skrbeli za uvajanje in izobraževanje novih sodelavcev ter za prenos znanja v ekipi. V vaši pristojnosti bo razvoj in vzdrževanje skladiščno‑logističnih sistemov in procesov ter uvajanje sodobnih tehnologij in izboljšav opreme v skladu z zakonodajo, internimi in eksternimi predpisi ter dobrimi praksami. Odgovorni boste za učinkovito planiranje dela in zagotavljanje ravnovesja med povpraševanjem in razpoložljivimi viri.

Vaše glavne odgovornosti:

  • Celovito upravljanje s storitvami skladiščenja proizvodnih materialov, nadziranje aktivnosti (količinsko in kakovostno) prevzema, tehtanja, odpreme in skladiščenja blaga na določeni skladiščni lokaciji ter zagotavljanje varnostno tehničnih pogojev za varovanje in ohranjanje vrednosti skladiščnih zalog na določeni skladiščni lokaciji.
  • Odgovornost za organizacijo dela skladiščnih aktivnosti/procesov z namenom zagotavljanja pogojev in nadzor nad izvajanjem nalog in zahtev zdravja, varnosti in okolja v enoti na določeni skladiščni lokaciji. Odgovornost za dosledno izvajanje navodil za delo in čistilnih postopkov na določeni skladiščni lokaciji.
  • Usposabljanje sodelavcev in nadziranje izvajanja predpisov na določeni skladiščni lokaciji.
  • Zagotavljanje razvoja in vzdrževanje skladiščnologističnih informacijskih sistemov in procesov, razvijanje in uvajanje novih tehnologij in metodologij skladiščnega poslovanja ter modernizacijo in optimizacijo logistične opreme, skladno z zakonodajo, internimi in eksternimi predpisi, dobrimi praksami in poslovnimi cilji.
  • Odgovornost za vodenje operativne odličnosti na področju izboljšanja učinkovitosti, produktivnosti in kakovosti z namenom zagotovljanja konkurenčnosti lokacije.
  • Vodenje in upravljanje procesov za dosego optimalnega planiranja&ravnovesja med povpraševanjem in viri v operativnem in taktičnem horizontu (S&OP, IBP, RCCP) z globalno in lokalno oskrbo ter ostalimi deležniki. 

Vaš doprinos:

  • Visokošolska izobrazba tehnične ali ekonomske smeri oziroma srednješolska izobrazba ob ustreznem številu let delovnih izkušenj.
  • Minimalno 3 leta ustreznih delovnih izkušenj na področju skladiščnega poslovanja ali srednješolska izobrazba in minimalno 5 let ustreznih delovnih izkušenj.
