Position Purpose:
Lead Business Planning and Analysis (BPA) activities for REWaM (Real Estate, Workplace and Mobility), review and approve large scale investment spends across multi-year projects, deliver insightful, value-added financial analysis and decision support to business stakeholders. This includes ownership of key processes such as month-end closing, investments, budgeting, and long-term strategic planning.
Your Key Responsibilities:
Your responsibilities include, but not limited to:
Review and approve business cases and investment proposals
Partner effectively with REWaM head and Region leads to provide cost transparency and ensure strong understanding of key cost drivers across site, country, cluster, and global levels.
Deliver core management reporting and financial planning processes to ensure timely, accurate, and insightful recurring and ad-hoc financial information.
Drive financial planning cycles (Budget, MYF, Latest Outlook) for direct costs, Capex, and FTEs in close partnership with business teams.
Evaluate risks and opportunities, communicate outliers versus plan promptly, and proactively recommend corrective actions.
Ensure business partners understand financial processes and adhere to internal guidelines.
Collaborate with Procurement, FRA, TA, Tax, IT, and other teams to drive results and optimize performance.
Support development and mentoring of experienced BPA professionals within the REWaM team.
What you’ll bring to the role:
Essential Requirements:
- Bachelor's in finance/business; MBA/CA/CFA a plus, with min 15+ years of total experience in Finance, with a demonstrated track record of effective business partnering across large and diverse teams.
- Forecasting, budgeting, cost transparency, management reporting, business case evaluation
