Your Key Responsibilities
Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Develop engaging content for internal channels such as emails, newsletters, intranet, and Viva Engage.
Translate complex technology and leadership topics into simple, employee-friendly messaging.
Create visual assets including infographics, banners, and videos aligned with brand guidelines.
Support stakeholder engagement to gather stories, updates, and success narratives.
Manage and optimize internal communication platforms like Teams, SharePoint, and Viva Engage.
Plan and publish content consistently, ensuring quality and relevance.
Coordinate communications for tech events, townhalls, and webinars including pre-event, live, and post-event messaging.
Track engagement metrics, create dashboards, and use insights to improve communication impact.
KPI:
Dashboard adoption and engagement rates across internal platforms.
What You’ll Bring to the Role
Essential Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.
4–6 years of experience in internal communications, employee engagement, or community management.
Experience working in global or matrixed organizations.
Strong writing and editing skills tailored to diverse audiences.
Proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools (Teams, SharePoint, Viva Engage).
Basic design skills (Canva, PowerPoint, Adobe tools).
Strategic thinker with a proactive approach to communications.
Strong stakeholder management and analytical skills.
High cultural sensitivity and ability to collaborate across geographies.
Fluent in English (verbal and written).
Desirable Requirements
Proficiency in an additional language.
Experience in tech communications or digital transformation environments.
