We are seeking an Engineer Multidiscipline II who will be responsible for support in execution of engineering processes/activities (design, implementation, maintenance, etc.) within technical area of expertise by using reliable and cost effective technical solutions, ensuring technical quality to enable the overall site / project objectives in accordance with the law, internal regulations, Good Practices and business objectives.
Your key responsibilities:
Lead or contribute to activities and improvements related to equipment, utility (maintenance, productivity, compliance, reliability)
Independently implement small/minor changes and capital expenditure projects and identify technical solutions for them.
Execute RCA, FMEA and define the maintenance type for each asset according to asset/equipment criticality (HML) .
Support internal and external audits and independently manage and resolve deviations on equipment and systems
Maintain Master Instrument Inventory (MII) and Master Equipment Inventory (MEI). Set-up maintenance for new equipment (incl. spare part needs)
Develop test specification / plan for commissioning & qualification in projects. Create/Execute DQ, IQ and OQ protocols and reports.
Perform commissioning, FAT / SAT / qualifications/validations.
Perform GMP risk assessments (incl. Sensors SRA). Provide technical trouble shooting during PQ and validation Establishing a maintenance system for new equipment (including necessary spare parts)
Create / maintain / verify engineering documents (protocols, drawings, lists, schedules, diagrams, layouts, calculations, datasheets...)
What you will bring to the role:
Degree in engineering (Dipl. Ing. / M. Sc. / B. Sc.) (preferably Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Automation, Mechatronics, Mechanical engineering, etc.).
Minimum 1 year of experience in engineering and/or production environment.
Fluent in English and proficient in Slovene language.
Basic knowledge of MS Office tools.
