About the Role:
The Project Manager will support the design, execution, and ongoing management of the enterprise Privacy strategy and program initiatives. This role partners closely with Privacy, Legal, Technology, Data, and Control Management stakeholders to drive program delivery, track progress, and ensure alignment with enterprise priorities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the development and execution of the enterprise Privacy Program strategy in partnership with Privacy, Legal, Technology, Data, and Control Management teams.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to build, maintain, and communicate a multi-year Privacy roadmap, including key initiatives, workstreams, and milestones.
- Monitor emerging privacy regulations and regulatory change events; assess enterprise readiness and translate impacts into clear program requirements.
- Translate complex regulatory, policy, and risk concepts into actionable Privacy initiatives and coordinated workstreams.
- Partner with workstream leads to ensure strategic alignment, manage dependencies, and drive execution across the Privacy program.
- Develop executive-ready PowerPoint presentations, applying strong storytelling skills to communicate Privacy strategy, roadmap, and program progress.
- Foster a collaborative, solution-oriented team culture.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in consulting, program strategy, project management, or related fields.
- Experience in a consultative, project-based role partnering with diverse stakeholders to align priorities and manage trade-offs.
- Foundational understanding of Privacy or regulatory-driven programs, with the ability to translate risk concepts into practical, enterprise-ready solutions.
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills across functions and seniority levels, without direct authority.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to distill complex topics into clear, executive-ready narratives.
- Structured and strategic problem solver who connects execution to broader business, risk, and regulatory objectives.
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Collaborative, delivery-focused team player with a strong bias toward action.
