- Provides assistance in the establishment of Work Standards for labor and equipment utilization
- Assists in review and evaluation of the AACE Projects
- Initiates productivity improvement and cost reduction projects using IE tools and techniques
- Supports and help facilitate IE activities related to improvement on productivity
