Minimum Requirements:

BS Industrial Eng'g., BS Management Eng'g., BS Mathematics/Statistics, or any course with Operations Research (OR)

Knows Data Analytics

Has good Excel & VBA skills

With basic skills in PowerBI & Python

Preferably with 1-2 years experience, but fresh graduates acceptable
Duties and Responsibilities:

Data Analysis: Collect, clean, and analyze data from various sources to identify trends, patterns, and correlations, using statistical techniques; Data Mining, Insights generation

Data Visualization: Create clear and impactful data visualizations, charts, and dashboards to communicate data-driven insights effectively to technical and non-technical stakeholders

Optimization: Optimize processes and operations by identifying inefficiencies and recommending improvements, which may lead to cost reduction, resource allocation enhancements, and increased efficiency

Data Engineering: Development of automated data pipelines/data collection and data transformation, data modeling, handling of modern data and analytics platforms

Decision Support: Provide data-driven insights to assist in strategic and operational decision-making processes

Predictive Modeling: Develop predictive models to forecast future trends and outcomes, contributing to improved planning and resource allocation

Problem Solving: Apply analytical skills to frame problems, develop hypotheses, and test them using data to address specific business questions

Continuous Learning: Stay up-to-date with the latest data analysis tools and techniques, and share knowledge with the team
