Your key responsibilities
Partner Management
Lead on the creative development of channel branding for our O&O and 3rd party Samsung TV Plus channels and the launch strategy and campaign roll-out – mainly in the UK, with potential for other European countries
Building clear and complete briefs for our agencies, ensuring quick-turnarounds on projects, act as the main point of contact with creative and event agencies
Act as the marketing partner manager for a key group of Content Partners, developing co-marketing opportunities to further the awareness of our service )PR, Publicity, Social, CRM, OOH, Events)
Lead on the on-boarding of new content partners for channel launches across Europe and the promotional campaigns for your designated channels
Support the Senior Marketing Manager on key channel activations across Europe, working closely with your channel partner and the agencies
Be forward thinking and innovative with new ideas and opportunities on how to leverage the brand power of our partners and the service
Act as the central cross-functional liaison amongst internal teams (Product Marketing, Editorial, Business Development, Ads)
Marketing Systems & Technology Adoption
Audit current tools and workflows to identify pain points and propose solutions that improve campaign speed, audience growth, and impact.
Expand and optimise marketing systems (e.g., Airtable, CMS) to support a wider range of global activities, from PR to content curation.
Increase automation and system integration using low-code/no-code tools like Zapier to reduce manual work and improve efficiency
Identify emerging technologies and establish a clear framework to evaluate and prioritise operational investments
Drive a culture of innovation by piloting new tools and processes with measurable impact
Regularly report on operational performance, efficiencies gained, and future optimisation opportunities
Ensure consistency in reporting, KPIs, and project execution by adopting and adapting global standards
Provide hands-on operational support where complexity arises across global STVP teams
Campaign Operations & Ads Integration
Work with Samsung Marketing Teams and Data Analytics teams to create dashboards that provide actionable, global marketing insights
Set up metrics to track system performance - adoption rates, campaign error reduction, automation time savings
Run post-implementation reviews and facilitate retrospectives with stakeholders to guide future improvements
Collaborate with Ads product leads to implement new technical solutions including Deeplinking and advanced targeting capabilities
Act as an escalation point for campaign execution issues, driving faster resolution
What we need for this role
To be successful, you will possess the following skills and attributes:
Deep knowledge running a 360-campaign: strategy development, building briefs, tactical execution, evaluation and reporting
Main Point of content for biggest and most premium Content Partners in the UK and Europe – manage relationships with stakeholders and responsible for cultivating a healthy and positive partnership.
Proven track record in continuous improvement, operations, or innovation roles, ideally in tech, media, or digital environments
Analytical, structured thinker who can translate complexity into clear, scalable systems
Experience with creative development and campaign ideas and planning Go-to-Market execution
Good understanding of marketing, social and media analytics, and how to apply data to test and optimise campaigns
Experience in evaluating and executing innovative campaign ideas within the media landscape (inclusive of but not limited to OOH, Digital OOH and experiential)
Cross-functional leader who is able to engage, listen and collaborate with internal departments/teams to align early on in terms of overall strategy and goals, and to see the cross-functional collaboration through launch and sustained campaigns
Focus on managing workflow and being able to organise and ensure all campaigns are trackable
Effective collaborator in a fast paced, multifaceted environment. We will typically have multiple launch campaigns happening at once.
Additional skills required:
Graphic design support for creative assets and campaigns
Photoshop
AfterEffects / PremierPro
Support planning and creative process of Product team, BD and collaborate with Ads
Follow up with Content Partners on collaterals, iterations and approvals for Ads and B2B event creative
Collaborate with other marketing teams to ensure alignment across Europe for Samsung TV Plus, with the potential of cross-service campaigns as well
Analyse and suggest changes to strategy based on your knowledge and performance in your region
Facilitate log-ins, approvals, assets and daily admin with third parties and other teams
Support Product team with presentations and PM brand identity
Support Senior Marketing Manager on starting to build Process documents: Ways of working, Key contacts, induction documents, etc.
