About this role
En tant que Vendeur(se) vous aurez comme principales missions d’assurer la vente conseil auprès de nos clients et la mise en valeur de nos produits en magasin :
- Accueil personnalisé du client, recueil de ses besoins, conseil et fidélisation
- Participation au développement du CA par l’optimisation des indicateurs commerciaux (KPIs)
- Réassort produits quotidien
- Participation au merchandising sur l’espace de vente
- Participation à la bonne tenue et à l’entretien de l’espace de vente
- Gestion des livraisons et de la réserve
- Ouverture et fermeture du point de vente
- Gestion de la caisse
- Préparation et participation aux inventaires
- SAV : conseil, prise en charge et suivi du dossier client
En tant que réel ambassadeur(rice) de la marque, vous valorisez nos produits auprès d’une clientèle locale et internationale tout en veillant au respect de l’image de marque et en garantissant un excellent service client.
