Performs activities related to providing patient transportation along with the collection and distribution of requisitions, specimens, mail, equipment, medical records, and other tasks as assigned. Hours -730PM
Job Requirements
Minimum Education Requirement :
High school level of knowledge.
Minimum Experience Requirement :
Some previous experience desirable. Must be able to read and write at an 8th grade level to properly identify patients, restrictions posted, etc. Good verbal and interpersonal communications skills required. Must demonstrate ability to effectively interact with all age groups from infancy to geriatric patients. Visual and auditory acuity with or without adaptive devices.

- The Transportation Aide performs activities related to providing patient transportation and the collection and distribution of requisitions, specimens, mail, equipment, and medical records. Additional tasks may be assigned as needed.
