Lead sonographer responsibilities include but are not limited to, leadership and coordination of employees, clinical oversight of patients, performing a variety of supportive clinical, administrative, and educational duties and/or tasks, and any other responsibilities that are assigned by the Director/Manager of Radiology.  Performs a variety of imaging and documentation procedures, including Diagnostic Ultrasound procedures, and is responsible for patient safety protocols. Functions as the first line interface with customers in the successful accomplishment of their imaging needs. Assists in various department examinations as ordered by physician. Assists in the department and its function. Assists in the scheduling of patients to the completion of the exam. Performs procedures and operates equipment at a technical level. Participates in Quality Improvement activities including assisting in keeping department up to ACR Standards.

FLSA7DAY- 8 Hours Day Shift (United States of America)
