High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to document on medical records and patient care forms and understand printed health related material.
Ability to work under stress and complete duties sometimes with numerous interruptions.
Must be able to read and write at an 8th grade level to document in residents record, I & O sheets, behavior record, etc.
Must be able to write legibly and be able to document, accurately, type of care given.
Must be able to communicate information to supervisor and co-workers.
Must be familiar with equipment used to move patients and document. Ability to understand printed health related material.
