  • High school diploma or equivalent  

  • Ability to document on medical records and patient care forms and understand printed health related material. 

  • Ability to work under stress and complete duties sometimes with numerous interruptions.  

  • Must be able to read and write at an 8th grade level to document in residents record, I & O sheets, behavior record, etc.  

  • Must be able to write legibly and be able to document, accurately, type of care given.  

  • Must be able to communicate information to supervisor and co-workers.  

  • Must be familiar with equipment used to move patients and document. Ability to understand printed health related material.
