Associates degree and 1 year of experience in MIS related services or 2 years experience in a related MIS service.
Complete knowledge of operational aspects of microcomputers to include operating systems, a variety of office application software, and familiarity with available peripheral equipment.
Demonstrated communication skills necessary to work with all levels of hospital employees and physician staff.
A+ Certification within two years of hire.

- The Desktop Support Technician will provide support for microcomputers and related services within the hospital. This includes troubleshooting operating systems and various office applications.
