High school level of knowledge preferred.
Formal education in food service supervision or cooking preferred.
Must be able to operate a variety of kitchen equipment.
Demonstrated knowledge of basic principles of nutrition.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Serve Safe certification within one year of hire.
HACCP certification within one year of hire.
