  • Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing.    
  • Knowledge of new trends and techniques in Nursing.  
  • Previous hospital LPN exp. is pref.
  • BLS required. 
  • Possesses a thorough knowledge of nursing principles.
  • Demonstrates ability to provide quality patient care.
  • Possesses ability to assess patient's needs, e.g. clinical, teaching, mental and spiritual. 
  • Must recognize safety issues to self and others and be able to assess and implement use of lifts  to lift and move patients in a safe manner .
  • Must be able to function well in stressful situations and have good, creative, problem-solving skills.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to prioritize and delegate.
  • Demonstrated commitment to quality, timely, and cost-effective patient care.
  • Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and written and verbal communication skills required.
  • Detail attentiveness required. Individual must be self-motivated and willing to self-direct.
  • Ability to simultaneously handle multiple assignments and projects with speed and accuracy.
  • Able to work efficiently and effectively under time constraints.
