What you will do:
Greeting Guests: Warmly welcome guests as they arrive, ensuring they feel appreciated and valued.
Seating Coordination: Efficiently manage reservations and walk-in guests, ensuring optimal seating and wait times.
Guest Interaction: Engage with guests, providing information about the menu, specials, and the overall dining experience.
Collaboration: Work closely with the waitstaff and kitchen team to ensure seamless service and address any guest needs promptly.
Ambiance Maintenance: Ensure the reception and dining areas are clean, organized, and aesthetically pleasing at all times.
What you will need:
Previous experience as a host or in a customer service role within the hospitality industry.
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests and create a welcoming atmosphere.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
A genuine passion for hospitality and a commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences.
