As the Selling Advisor , you are a salesperson who provides outstanding customer service, excels in developing long-lasting client relationships and succeeds at increasing sales volume. WHAT YOU WILL DO:

  • Implement the appropriate selling behaviors and exceed sales plans.

  • Develop a clientele base

  •  Maintain and gain the knowledge on the brands we offer (Product Knowledge)

  • Collaborate with vendor partners to maximize sales opportunities through consultative selling, exciting store events and client build

  • Ad hoc responsibilities

SALARY AND OTHER BENEFITS:

The starting hourly rate for this position is between $15.00-21.94 per hour. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include market, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

[This position is also eligible for [bonus] [long-term incentive compensation awards].]
