About this role

Job Description​

Performs a variety of functions in the medical office involving general duties including but not limited to answering the telephone communicating messages through email or Epic greeting registering and scheduling patient appointments collecting patient copayments making appointment reminder calls verifying insurance and other patient data is accurate scanning and or uploading patient information to patients electronic chart. Able to provide backup for other positions and functions in the medical office including medical records scheduling insurance verification patient referrals etc. and the ability to float between multiple locations as assigned. Will work to ensure patient confidentiality in all instances while maintaining a pleasant and professional appearance and conduct.
