Job Description
Saint Luke's in Kansas City is seeking a IS Site Analyst II position to support facility operations at Saint Luke's Hospital.
Shift: Monday- Friday
Ideal candidate will have Site Staff/IT Desktop experience.
Responsibilities:
Responsibility for facility operations in the absence of the Site Manager.
Assists the Site Manager, as a technical resource, in the IS operations of one or multiple sites as assigned.
Serves as a technical leader on simple to medium projects as assigned.
Assists with mentoring new analysts and technicians.
Represents the Site Manager or other more senior staff on project teams as assigned.
Performs troubleshooting on all Level 2 problem calls received from the Client Support Center at assigned sites.
Client focused position to support voice and data system installations, upgrades and problem resolutions.
Maintains sufficient inventories of computer room supplies and spare hardware for computer operations.
Maintains hard drive images for PC equipment assigned to the site.
Provides advice and assistance to end users on the effective utilization of desktop applications. Experience in lieu of college may be substituted.

- The IS Site Analyst II is responsible for facility operations in the absence of the Site Manager and assists with IS operations at assigned sites. The role includes troubleshooting Level 2 problem calls and supporting voice and data system installations.
