Job Description
- Operational Leadership: Manage daily clinical functions, including resource allocation, supply chain/ordering, and the maintenance of specialized clinical equipment.
- Personnel Management: Lead the full employee lifecycle, including hiring, training, professional development, performance evaluations, and disciplinary actions.
- Compliance & Quality: Oversee Quality Assurance (QA) initiatives, OSHA standards, and strict adherence to healthcare regulatory compliance.
- Clinical Support: Conduct regular staff meetings and provide hands-on assistance to the clinical team as needed to ensure seamless patient flow.
