The team actively partners with colleagues across the business—spanning Finance, Product, and Retail —to deliver impactful marketing solutions and continuous improvement. By nurturing a supportive and inclusive environment, we empower everyone to contribute ideas and make a real difference to the way we communicate with our customers.

More about the role:

As the Transformation and Programme Manager, you will lead key programmes designed to shape and accelerate the growth and effectiveness of our Marketing division (as such you will have experience from within a retail marketing role). You will be responsible for bringing the right teams together, driving complex projects from initial concept through to delivery. Your work will involve scoping out new initiatives, managing cross-functional programme teams, and collaborate closely with stakeholders at every level to ensure successful outcomes.

Day-to-day, you’ll coordinate and deliver a variety of design trials and strategic marketing concepts across our store estate as well as driving our MarTech strategy to enable the Marketing department to deliver campaigns effectively ensuring projects run smoothly and deliver measurable value. You’ll champion agile ways of working, support critical governance meetings, and manage project budgets for external agencies and suppliers. This is an exciting opportunity to drive innovation and embed change that directly benefits colleagues and customers alike.

More about you:

We’re seeking a strategic thinker with a proven record in programme management, transformation and Marketing. You’ll have strong analytical skills, using data and insight to inform decisions, and will demonstrate curiosity by challenging the status quo.

You are well-organised, outcome-focused, and able to lead high-performing matrix teams in a fast-paced, change-driven environment. Effective communication and the ability to influence senior stakeholders are essential, as is a collaborative, positive, and agile approach to working across the business. You’ll exemplify our valued behaviours by owning your work, supporting others, and always looking for ways to improve.
