What you'll do

As a Digital Associate Analyst within the Argos eCommerce Analytics function at Sainsbury's, you will utilise comprehensive data and industry-leading tools to analyse and understand customer behaviour on digital channels for General Merchandise and Clothing. You will translate these insights into actionable recommendations for various teams across the business through project-based work, day-to-day analysis, and stakeholder support. Additionally, you will collaborate with digital and broader analytics teams to prioritise and deliver tasks, continuously seeking ways to enhance reporting processes through automation and optimisation. Your role will also involve ensuring accurate data capture and driving your own development by identifying growth opportunities in the ever-evolving data and analytics landscape.

Essential Criteria

  • Strong communication and presentation skills; able to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Experience with Digital Analysis across multiple channels
  • Experience with Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics

Highly Desirable 

  • Coding experience in SQL, Python/R, VBA, or similar
