The ideal candidate will excel at managing cross-functional teams, ensuring high-quality, on-time delivery, and fostering strong client relationships.<br>Key Responsibilities:<br>Lead and oversee the full lifecycle of technical projects, from requirements gathering to deployment and post-delivery support.<br>Manage and mentor cross-functional teams to ensure successful, timely, and high-quality project execution.<br>Collaborate closely with stakeholders to define requirements, plan projects, and manage delivery expectations.<br>Implement and enforce best practices in project governance, risk management, and client communication.<br>Track project KPIs, budgets, and timelines, proactively addressing risks or delays.<br>Required Skills:<br>Java, .NET, and Microsoft Technologies<br>Strong understanding of enterprise software development practices, cloud platforms, and modern delivery methodologies (Agile/Scrum).<br>Qualifications & Skills:<br>Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.<br>Proven track record in technical project/delivery management with at least 5 years in a leadership capacity.<br>Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and team leadership skills.<br>Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to risk management.</div>
