About this role

SAIC is seeking a Senior Program Analyst to support a fast-paced Intelligence Community program and in this role you will:

  • Participate in training pipeline to obtain necessary certifications
  • Oversee and manage operational aspects of ongoing projects and serves as liaison between project management and planning, project team, and line management
  • Review status of projects and prepare status reports
  • Assess project issues and develop resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals and objectives
  • Develop mechanisms for monitoring project progress and for intervention and problem solving with project managers, line managers, and clients
  • Participate in, establish, and define program plan requirements; monitor and report performance against plans to ensure that contractual and schedule objectives are met
  • Develop solutions to a variety of moderate problems in scope and complexity. May refer to policies, procedures and practices
  • Exert influence on the overall objectives and long-range goals of the organization
  • Interact with senior internal and external personnel on significant matters often requiring coordination between organizations


  • Must hold a TS/SCI and be able to obtain a poly prior to starting
  • Military experience
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience can be substituted
  • Minimum of 15 years of relevant experience
  • Ability to travel for 4-6 weeks at a time
  • Technical aptitude and demonstrated problem solving experience
