Position Summary
The Sales & Marketing Coordinator provides administrative, operational, and marketing support to the hotel’s Sales & Marketing team. This role is responsible for coordinating sales activities, supporting group and transient business efforts, maintaining sales systems, and assisting with marketing initiatives to maximize revenue and brand visibility. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
Assist sales managers in obtaining customer satisfaction by performing clerical and administrative duties relating to guest and hotel communications and sales. Responds to telephone and in-person inquiries regarding reservations, hotel information and guest concerns.
Education/Formal Training
High school diploma or vocational secretarial.
Experience
Previous sales, hospitality, and secretarial experience preferred.
Knowledge/Skills
Qualifications
· 1–3 years of experience in hotel sales, marketing, or hospitality administration preferred
· Knowledge of hotel sales systems (Opera, Delphi, Cvent, Passkey, CI/TY, or similar) preferred
· Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
· Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
· Customer-service focused with a positive, professional demeanor

· Strong time management and follow-up skills
· Interest in hospitality sales, marketing, and revenue strategy
· Creative mindset with basic marketing or social media experience a plus
