Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Management, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
  • Proven experience in a role focused on continuous improvement or operational excellence
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in an industrial setting
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lead and motivate teams to achieve challenging goals
  • Familiarity with quality management systems and methodologies such as Six Sigma or Lean, TPS and Toyota Way, etc.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive excellence programs to enhance organizational performance
  • Lead cross-functional teams in identifying areas for improvement and developing actionable plans
  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics to drive effective decision-making
  • Facilitate training workshops and seminars to promote excellence and continuous improvement methodologies
  • Collaborate with departmental leaders to align strategies with overall business objectives
  • Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure compliance with excellence standards
  • Stay updated on industry trends and benchmarks to ensure best practices are implemented
