Je bent werkzaam in het nieuwe kwaliteitsafdeling van SABIC Bergen op Zoom. De verantwoordelijkheid van de afdeling ligt in het uitvoeren van kwaliteitscontrole, kalibreren van apparatuur en meehelpen in oplossingen voor afwijkende situaties in kwaliteit. Voor de laboratoria zijn we opzoek naar een enthousiaste supervisor
Inhoud en verantwoordelijkheden
- Zorgdragen voor een veilige werkomgeving waarin je teamleden veilig kunnen en zullen werken en waarbij veiligheid prioriteit nummer 1 is in alles wat er gedaan wordt.
- Aansturen van een volcontinue afdeling van technicians en Sr. technicians en het behartigen van alle personele aangelegenheden die hierbij komen kijken (denk aan TRP gesprekken, motivatie, ploegbezetting, het beheren van een goede ploegdynamiek, individuele ontwikkeling).
- Sturen op concrete resultaten en bent in staat om je team te motiveren om deze resultaten te behalen
- Goed samenwerken met belanghebbenden van andere afdelingen zodat de afdeling een goede aansluiting blijft houden.
Vereisten
- HBO werk en denk niveau
- 3 tot 5 jaar ervaring binnen lab
- Ervaring met het aansturen van een team
- Goede beheersing van Nederlandse en Engelse taal.
- Uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden en analytisch vermogen
- Kennis productieprocessen en kwaliteitstandaarden
- Accuraat en verantwoordelijk
- Analytisch denkvermogen
- Samenwerken in team verband, maar ook zelfstandig
- Collegiale, positieve, enthousiaste instelling
- Affiniteit met vakgebied
- Denken in oplossingen
