Your role
You will establish and lead the new section Giraffe 1X Sensor design. As a member of Giraffe 1X Design management team you will participate in building the organization leading the development of Giraffe 1X . Your main tasks are:
Design responsibility including technical product management for Giraffe 1X Sensors
Together with your team lead product development, and maintain and sustain Giraffe 1X sensors in accordance with relevant Process area in the Integrated Product Creation (IPC)-process and applicable regulations
Be responsible for relevant subsystem labs
Work close together with your team to develop your organization and reach the goals for your section
Establish an efficient way of working with Engineering
Participate in developing technical aspects of the product unit’s strategy, roadmap and release plans
All with the main purpose to secure efficient and timely product development, quality and customer satisfaction.
Your profile

To be successful in this position, you need to have the ability to motivate and engage others but also be able to organize, prioritize and take decisions to improve performance and profitability. We also assume that you have:
Experience from Systems Engineering and minimum five years of product development experience from relevant technical area
Postgraduate qualification in a technical discipline
Excellent communication skills in English, verbal and written
Strong drive, perseverance and ability to generate energy
Focus on importance of building cross functional relationships with both internal external stakeholders
A curious mind and interest in learning new things, innovation leadership is a key for success
Finally yet importantly, you have the ability to create a collaborative work environment with transparency, respect and trust among your employees. You support Surveillance overall culture program “Together as One”.
This position requires that you pass a security vetting based on the current regulations around/of security protection. For positions requiring security clearance additional obligations on citizenship may apply.
