This role involves hands-on development, system enhancements, troubleshooting, and ongoing application support in a mission-critical environment.<br><br> </div><div>The position is <strong>full-time</strong> and requires a <strong>true hybrid schedule</strong>, with initial onboarding onsite and a continued 50/50 onsite-remote split at Fort Indiantown Gap.<br><br> </div><div> <strong>Key Responsibilities<br></strong><br> </div><ul> <li>Review, enhance, and maintain an existing Accountability System built on <strong>ASP.NET MVC and Microsoft Power Apps<br></strong><br> </li> <li>Design, develop, debug, and deploy enhancements using <strong>C#, ASP.NET Core, MVC<br></strong><br> </li> <li>Support payroll processing, mission tracking, and emergency operations systems<br><br> </li> <li>Develop and maintain <strong>SQL Server databases</strong>, including complex queries, stored procedures, triggers, views, and cursors<br><br> </li> <li>Perform data modeling and ensure alignment with enterprise architecture standards<br><br> </li> <li>Create, deploy, and migrate <strong>Power Apps and Power Automate</strong> solutions across environments<br><br> </li> <li>Utilize <strong>Azure DevOps (Azure Repos, Azure Boards)</strong> for source control, Agile workflows, and sprint planning<br><br> </li> <li>Conduct code reviews, testing, and controlled simulations prior to production releases<br><br> </li> <li>Prepare system documentation and user training manuals<br><br> </li> <li>Provide on-site support during state-activated emergencies as needed<br><br> </li> <li>Collaborate with IT leadership, JEOC staff, and Office of Administration stakeholders<br><br> </li> <li>Diagnose technical issues and recommend long-term and workaround solutions<br><br> </li> </ul><div> <strong>Required Qualifications<br></strong><br> </div><ul> <li> <strong>7+ years</strong> of experience with <strong>C#, ASP.NET Core, MVC, .NET (including VB.NET)<br></strong><br> </li> <li> <strong>7+ years</strong> writing and debugging <strong>SQL Server</strong> queries (T-SQL, stored procedures, triggers, SSIS, SSRS)<br><br> </li> <li>Experience with <strong>SQL Server Management Studio</strong>, SQL Profiler, and performance tuning tools<br><br> </li> <li> <strong>4+ years</strong> experience with <strong>Azure DevOps</strong> (Azure Repos, Azure Boards)<br><br> </li> <li>Strong experience with <strong>SQL Server 2012/2016/2019</strong> (Oracle a plus)<br><br> </li> <li>Solid understanding of <strong>data modeling, data warehousing, and relational databases<br></strong><br> </li> <li>Hands-on experience with <strong>JavaScript, XML, IIS, HTML, CSS, Web Services<br></strong><br> </li> <li>Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university<br><br> </li> <li>Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills<br><br> </li> <li>Ability to manage multiple parallel assignments and meet deadlines<br><br> </li> <li>Willingness to work onsite as required and travel to Fort Indiantown Gap when needed<br><br> </li> </ul><div> <strong>Highly Desired Skills<br></strong><br> </div><ul> <li> <strong>5+ years</strong> experience with <strong>Power Apps and Power Automate<br></strong><br> </li> <li>Experience in a <strong>government IT environment</strong> (4+ years preferred)<br><br> </li> <li>Client-facing consulting experience with mid-level to senior leadership<br><br> </li> <li>Experience with <strong>Microsoft 365 tools</strong> (Access, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)<br><br> </li> <li>Active <strong>Federal Secret Clearance<br></strong><br> </li> </ul><div> <strong>Work Schedule & Conditions<br></strong><br> </div><ul> <li>Authorized up to <strong>40 hours per week<br></strong><br> </li> <li>Initial onboarding onsite, then <strong>50/50 hybrid<br></strong><br> </li> <li>Onsite support required during emergencies<br><br> </li> <li>Background check mandatory<br><br> </li> </ul> </div> <p>Flexible work from home options available.</p>
