Role Overview 

The Success Partner plays a pivotal role in strengthening collaboration between EDO and Business Lines. This position is responsible for establishing and maintaining a robust communication framework to track progress and risks, facilitating cross-divisional engagements, and consolidating activities across Data Operations (DO), Data Partnership (DP), Data Stewardship (DS), and Technology. The Success Partner ensures updates are tailored to each Business Line’s needs and drives engagement and adoption within the Energy Business Partnership & Data Stewardship organization.   

Impact of the Role: 

This position is essential for driving engagement, fostering collaboration, and supporting strategic initiatives that enhance the performance of data teams within the organization. The Success Partner will ensure transparency, alignment, and accountability across EDO Energy Business Partnership & Data Stewardship functions. 

 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Collaboration & Communication 

  • Partner with EDO management to communicate progress and risks related to Business Line and Content collaboration. 

  • Develop and own a comprehensive communication framework. 

  • Consolidate and communicate updates within and outside the EDO. 

  • Facilitate cross-divisional engagements and consolidate activities by division. 

  • Partner with the Enterprise Data teams on strategic projects.   

  • Engagement & Adoption 

  • Organize and coordinate recurring meetings (e.g., Office Hours, Bi-Weekly Staff Meetings), including agenda setting and facilitating. 

  • Collaborate with EDO Energy Leadership on broader data activities. 

  • Drive team engagement and adoption of initiatives, including GenAI, by understanding team expectations and ensuring effective implementation. 

  • Solicit feedback from the team to enhance engagement strategies, working with leadership to prioritize and execute improvements.   

  • Performance & Reporting 

  • Lead reporting and communication gathering, structuring and preparation for mandatory items (e.g., newsletters, Executive updates etc.). 

  • Manage relationships between Data Management, Data Stewardship, Data Quality, and Data Business Operations. 

  • Identify and coordinate key activities impacting DO/DP/DS/DQ for feedback and alignment within the Energy Business Partnership & Data Stewardship organization. . 

  • Own VIBE initiative progress in partnership with HR Business Partners, identifying themes and action items, reporting progress, and sharing risks.
