About the Role:

The Team:
The Product Operations team partners with Technology and Business functions to ensure high-quality delivery of products. Operating in an Agile/Scrum environment, the team is globally distributed and focuses on improving customer experience, enabling business growth, and ensuring operational excellence.

Responsibilities and Impact:

- Participate in software development projects under mentorship, contributing to coding, testing, and debugging activities
- Learn and apply software development best practices including version control, code reviews, and documentation standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment to deliver high-quality software solutions
- Gain hands-on experience with modern development tools and technologies used in enterprise software development
- Support maintenance and enhancement of existing applications while learning the codebase and business requirements
- Participate in team meetings, sprint planning, and retrospectives to develop professional communication and project management skills

What We're Looking For:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or related technical field
- Foundational knowledge of programming languages such as Python, Java or .Net
- Basic understanding of software development concepts including object-oriented programming and data structures
- Familiarity with development tools such as Git, IDEs, or command line interfaces
- Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical thinking skills
- Excellent communication skills and eagerness to learn in a collaborative team environment

Additional Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience with web development technologies such as HTML, CSS, React or Angular
- Exposure to database technologies including SQL, PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform
- Understanding of Agile methodologies and software development lifecycle processes
