We’re hiring an HR Business Partner (Manager) to support a designated portfolio of RYZE business units. Depending on assignment, this role may partner with groups such as Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, R&D, Innovation, Sales, Finance, Legal, Technology, Customer Service, Marketing, or the People Office.
This is a high-impact, builder-focused role supporting leaders through organizational growth, Workday optimization, business process creation, and strategic people initiatives. You’ll work closely with the VP of People, Operations, and Strategy to design scalable systems, strengthen team performance, and shape the next stage of RYZE’s operating model.

Serve as the primary HR partner for an assigned group of departments (e.g., Operations, Finance, Marketing, Technology, Customer Service, Sales, etc.).
Provide coaching to managers and leaders on performance, communication, and organizational effectiveness.
Partner with leadership to define team structure, workforce planning, leveling, and org design as the company scales.
Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure people strategies align with business objectives.
Act as a key contributor to Workday implementation, enhancements, and long-term optimization.
Translate business needs into scalable Workday business processes, workflows, and automations.
Support training, troubleshooting, documentation, and system adoption across assigned business units.
Serve as a Workday SME as the platform becomes our single source of truth for people operations.
Manage ER cases with discretion, fairness, risk awareness, and complete documentation.
Partner with Legal on compliance, policy refinement, and risk mitigation.
Coach leaders on accountability, performance conversations, and team health.
Support culture-building initiatives as teams grow and evolve.
Support talent reviews, performance cycles, leveling, and compensation processes.
Partner with Talent Acquisition on hiring strategies within your business units.
Identify capability gaps, succession needs, and development opportunities.
Assist with leadership development planning and implementation.

5–7+ years of HRBP or People Operations experience supporting multi-functional or corporate teams in high-growth environments.
Workday experience required — business process ownership or implementation strongly preferred.
Experience supporting senior leaders across various functions, including Marketing.
Strong ER experience with sound judgment and a balanced, practical approach.
Builder mindset — comfortable creating structure, documentation, and new workflows.
Ability to operate with speed, clarity, and autonomy in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication skills and confidence influencing stakeholders at all levels.
Ability to manage competing priorities and make sound decisions with limited information.
HRBPs at RYZE are foundational strategic partners. Your ability to build systems, coach leaders, and drive Workday adoption will directly influence how effectively RYZE scales across all business units—including Marketing—as we grow into 2025–2026 and beyond.
