As the Beverage Supervisor in our legendary concert venues, you'll serve as shift lead for beverage operations, ensuring guest service and operational needs are met at bars throughout the venue. As the ideal candidate you'll model teamwork, service, and integrity to foster a positive environment to deliver exceptional service to guests through unforgettable experiences. Reports to Manager Food and Beverage.
- Supervise bar staff to ensure quality and consistency with brand standards and timely service.
- Ensure all supplies and equipment are on-hand and assigned as necessary for each event. Transport and distribute supplies as needed during event.
- Perform receiving, shipping, and marshalling duties outside of event hours. Assist with inventory, product rotation, and date labeling to ensure fresh products are readily available for preparation.
- Ensure exceptional guest service. Act as the first point of escalation for guest issues. Determine appropriate resolutions and communicate guest feedback to management.
- Maintain a clean and orderly service environment. Follow sanitation procedures required by health regulatory agencies, in both public areas and back of house.
- Foster effective communication with front-of-house teams and venue leadership to ensure seamless service and operational flow.
- Ensure responsible alcohol service per local ordinance, alcohol awareness training, and company policies. Request proper ID per company policy.
- Contribute to pre-shift meetings, focusing on opportunities to improve performance and support venue success.
- Communicate and uphold company issued steps of service. Follow all corporate policies, safety and security procedures, and brand SOPs. Promptly report accidents, facility issues, or unsafe conditions to management.

Qualifications
Education
- High school diploma or equivalent required
Experience
- 2+ years' experience in high-volume restaurant/music hall environment
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Effective interpersonal and verbal communication skills
- Ability to coach and clearly communicate expectations
- Fluent with POS system functionality
Licenses / Certifications
- State Alcohol Education Card required upon hire
- Forklift certification required upon hire
This position requires a pre-employment drug screening (4-panel: phencyclidine, cocaine, amphetamines, and opiates).
Physical Requirements
Speak, hear, and use non-verbal cues to communicate with guests. Stand and walk for extended periods, including on uneven surfaces and while carrying items. Walk up and down stairs while navigating the venue. Regularly lift and carry up to 50 lbs., and frequently sit, kneel, bend, and reach to move goods. Continually use gross motor skills with frequent use of bi-manual dexterity and fine motor skills for computer use.
