What does an Arborist/ Tree Climber do?
- This can be a trainee position if you are willing to learn.
- Assist in completing pruning work on client properties. Including but not limited to: tree pruning, tree removal and stump grinding.
- Help keep tools, trucks and equipment clean, functional and safe.
- Complete all necessary training and continuing education to maintain safety and quality standards.
- Work efficiently both in a team environment and independently while taking care of client properties and being prideful in your work.
- Interact with clients on a daily basis communicating the process and expectations of services needed and services performed along with recommendations for other Ryan services needed on their property.
Requirements
- Previous outdoor experience is required
- Good physical ability
- Respect for safety/heights
- Be a team player
- Ability to work in all weather conditions
- Valid driver’s license required
