About this role
We’re hiring Entry-Level Community Outreach Representatives to support leading nonprofit organizations through local events, fundraisers, and community outreach campaigns. This is a hands-on opportunity to gain experience in marketing, nonprofit outreach, event coordination, and donor engagement—all while making a real impact in your community.
No experience required. We provide paid training, mentorship, and clear advancement opportunities into leadership roles.
Key Responsibilities
Represent nationally recognized 501(c)(3) nonprofit organizations at community events and outreach locations
Engage the public in meaningful, face-to-face conversations about important causes
Inspire donations, volunteer participation, and community involvement
Assist with event setup, outreach booths, and promotional materials
Track supporter interactions, contributions, and engagement metrics
Collaborate with a team-oriented outreach group to meet campaign goals
Qualifications
Friendly, enthusiastic, and people-focused
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Passion for nonprofits, advocacy, and social impact
Must be 18+ and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
Full-time availability (occasional weekends required)
