As a Brand Ambassador, you’ll represent national brands at live events, pop-ups, and experiential marketing campaigns, engaging directly with customers and helping to boost brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities:

• Represent client brands with professional, consistent, and energetic messaging

• Engage customers at live events, pop-up activations, and experiential campaigns

• Assist with event setup, teardown, and on-site logistics

• Collect customer feedback and provide insights to improve campaign performance

• Collaborate with team members and marketing staff to meet campaign goals

• Maintain a positive, approachable, and professional presence at all events

Qualifications:

• Outgoing, confident, and approachable with strong communication skills

• Positive attitude, coachable, and motivated to learn

• Team-oriented, dependable, and professional

• High school diploma or equivalent (interest in marketing or promotions preferred)

• Customer service, retail, sales, hospitality, or event experience is a plus—but not required
