If you are driven to do the same, we'd love to hear from you.</p></div><h3>About the role</h3> <p><em>*Open to hiring remote across North America— we also have offices in NYC, San Francisco and Seattle.&nbsp;</em></p> <p>You'll build Runway's Physical AI business from early pilots to production. Your job is to turn research capability into customer outcomes - proving that our world models deliver results that transfer to the real world.</p> <p>This is an early-stage role with significant upside. You'll work directly with customers, shape the product, and define a new market.</p> <h3><strong>Responsibilities</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Own the Physical AI business from pilot to production</li> <li>Run forward-deployed programs with robotics and autonomy customers</li> <li>Translate customer needs into product and research priorities</li> <li>Build partnerships that establish Runway as credible in the space</li> <li>Align engineering, design, and research partners around priorities</li> <li>Grow the team as revenue justifies</li> </ul> <h3><strong>What We're Looking For</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Deep understanding of robotics, autonomy, or simulation</li> <li>Can speak credibly with technical customers</li> <li>Comfortable building from pilot stage</li> <li>Willing to run customer engagements directly</li> </ul> <p>Runway strives to recruit and retain exceptional talent from diverse backgrounds while ensuring pay equity for our team. Our salary ranges are based on competitive market rates for our size, stage and industry, and salary is just one part of the overall compensation package we provide.</p> <p>There are many factors that go into salary determinations, including relevant experience, skill level and qualifications assessed during the interview process, and maintaining internal equity with peers on the team. The range shared below is a general expectation for the function as posted, but we are also open to considering candidates who may be more or less experienced than outlined in the job description.
