Role Overview
We’re looking for a Web Designer to create visually compelling, user-friendly products and digital experiences for our clients. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams across design and development, ensuring projects meet high-quality standards, deliver on brand objectives, and are executed efficiently.
This is a full-time role with required PST overlap. The position is 100% remote and reports directly to the Studio Manager or Project Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Design responsive, modern websites and digital interfaces across multiple client projects
Collaborate with designers, developers, and project managers to translate requirements into visually engaging solutions
Maintain brand consistency and apply best practices in UI/UX design
Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to communicate design ideas
Optimize assets and layouts for performance, accessibility, and responsiveness
Participate in design reviews, provide feedback, and iterate based on stakeholder input
Stay up to date with design trends, tools, and technologies to continually improve work quality
Required Skills & Experience
4-5 years of professional web design experience in digital agencies or product studios
Proficient in Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite
Strong portfolio demonstrating responsive web design and UI/UX skills
Experience collaborating with development teams to implement designs
Exceptional English communication skills (B2-C1 level), written and spoken
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments
Comfortable working remotely with consistent PST timezone overlap
