About this role
We are looking for a recent graduate in Computer Science or Information Technology who wants to begin their professional career in a highly collaborative environment, with a strong focus on continuous learning, technical judgment, and excellent communication.
This position is designed for someone with a solid technical foundation, genuine interest in automation, AI, and emerging technologies, and the ability to integrate into the team by contributing organization, judgment, and operational support when needed, while developing skills that bring real value to the organization.
This role is ideal for someone self-taught, proactive, and strongly inclined toward teamwork and collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Actively collaborate with the team on technical and operational technology-related activities.
- Participate in documenting, organizing, and improving internal processes.
- Learn, explore, and utilize automation and integration tools (such as n8n).
- Research and experiment with new technologies, including AI‑based solutions.
- Propose ideas, improvements, or automations that increase efficiency.
- Communicate progress, learnings, and proposals clearly, consistently, and in a structured way.
- Maintain a strong collaborative attitude and willingness to support the team.
Requirements
- Recent graduate from programs such as:
- Computer Engineering
- Computer Science
- Information Technology
- Informatics
- Software Engineering or related fields
- Residence in Mexico City (mandatory)
- Solid foundation in technical environments and operating systems
- Ability to execute basic technical tasks in an organized and autonomous manner
- Conversational English B2 level (required)
