Our client in Wayne County, MI is actively seeking a Civil Project Manager to join their growing team.
The Project Manager will be responsible for having the following skills and carrying out the following tasks:
- Extensive experienced with a local heavy civil construction contractor.
- Must be dedicated to work full time do whatever it takes to get the job done. no remote work. (mandatory)
- Proven ability to manage projects exceeding $20M.
- Ability and knowledge to create estimates for change of work.
- Greate attitude, strong leadership, communication, and meeting-management skills.
- Mandatory experience installing and managing underground water main, storm, and sanitary sewer systems.
- Mandatory experience with HCSS Heavy Bid and HeavyJ ob.
- Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
- 5–10 years of heavy civil project management experience.
- Proficient in job cost tracking, financial reporting, and change order management.
- Experience creating and managing project schedules.
- Familiarity with CAD (preferred), Agtek, and PlanSwift.
- Ability to manage subcontract issuance and administration.
- References from previous employers required. (mandatory)
