In this role, you'll support the Wholesale Sales team by ensuring efficient processes that create flawless execution for our wholesale partnerships through effective cross-functional communication, collaboration, and follow through across teams. You will be crucial in ensuring projects are accurate and timely, to drive brand visibility across the market. You'll be the go-to expert for making sure Ruggable assortments are set up accurately and partnerships are running smoothly.</p> <p><strong>What You'll Do:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Own item set up, ongoing item management, and inventory updates across retailers and within partner portals</li> <li>Pull reporting from retail portals and selling platforms</li> <ul> <li>Pull sales data, update account decks, and assist with preparation for key account meetings, retailer reviews, and internal business readouts</li> <li>Own calendar coordination, sample management, asset distribution, and follow-up notes for sales meetings</li> </ul> <li>Stay attuned to updates, alerts and changes in retailer portals and notify cross-functional teams</li> <li>Collaborate closely with Tech, Operations and Marketing teams to ensure a seamless partner experience</li> <li>Identify process gaps and work with internal teams to streamline procedures and remove bottlenecks</li> <ul> <li>Support the creation and refinement of SOPs, reporting templates, and operational checklists</li> </ul> <li>Track program progress, maintain accurate records, and report on key metrics</li> <li>Provide feedback and insights to improve processes to scale business</li> </ul> <p><strong>What You'll Need to Have:</strong></p> <p><strong>Required:</strong></p> <ul> <li>2-5 years of wholesale sales experience, preferably within the Home Textiles or Housewares industries</li> <li>Strong Excel skills and the aptitude to learn new systems and project management platforms</li> <li>Some experience working in retailer portals (Ideally, Costco, Sam’s Club, Target, Lowe’s and The Home Depot)</li> <li>Excellent organizational and communication skills with strong attention to detail and bias for action</li> <li>Comfortable in a fast paced environment, managing multiple complex projects and deadlines simultaneously</li> <li>Tech-savvy; familiarity and aptitude to learn systems and identify process gaps</li> <li>Ability to adapt to changing priorities as business evolves, maintaining a positive, proactive attitude</li> </ul> <p><strong>Preferred:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Experience working in Slack</li> </ul> <p><strong>Compensation:</strong></p> <ul> <li>$60,000 - $75,000 per year base salary</li> <li>An annual bonus percentage that varies based on level of role</li> <li>Employer matching (up to 3% of base salary) for company sponsored 401K plan</li> </ul><div class="content-conclusion"><p>At Ruggable, we offer competitive compensation and benefits packages.
