Position Overview:

  • The Sr. Manager, Mobility Carrier Services will be responsible for working within their team of dedicated employees and partnering with other team members to manage the mobile vendor solutions and processes, integrate new mobile vendors as necessary, understand the contractual agreements with these vendors and ensure billing is completed on a timely basis. This individual will provide support for all Mobile Business platform Carrier related services. The successful candidate will be responsible for understanding the overall mobility service, how to manage, support and initiate changes.  

What You Will Do:

  • Provide consultation and serve as the Mobility Carrier subject matter expert for project-based initiatives.
  • Oversee and guide Mobility Carriers and vendors.
  • Lead and engage in vendor meetings to ensure timely service delivery and awareness of product issues.
  • Engage with cross-functional teams to ensure products and services meet organizational expectations.
  • Drive troubleshooting efforts and see gaps and issues through to resolution.
  • Contribute to vendor management decisions and support contract negotiations for international vendors.
  • Independently manage complex projects and ad-hoc requests as needed.
  • Identify and architect improvement opportunities across service delivery, user experience, security, and related areas.
  • Collaborate with all relevant functional teams.

Qualifications You Must Have:

  • Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 10 years prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 7 years experience
  • Must have a minimum of 7 years’ experience vendor management

Onsite: Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance employees, as they are essential to the development of our products.

The salary range for this role is 132,400 USD - 251,600 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.

Specific benefits are dependent upon the specific business unit as well as whether or not the position is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement.

Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company’s performance.

This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
