Responsabilidades del puesto:
- Soporte en entrevistas telefónicas.
- Llamadas a candidatos para seguimiento de su proceso.
- Control de Expedientes de Personal de nuevo ingreso.
- Captura de información.
- Seguimiento con reportes.
- Atención al personal.
- Apoyo con agenda de entrevistas, solicitud de salas e insumos relacionados a los procesos de reclutamiento.
- Fungir como soporte de los reclutadores para poder concretar las contrataciones.
Requisitos Indispensables:
Ser estudiante activo de Administración de Empresas, Gestión Empresarial, Ingeniería Industrial o carrera afín.
Disponibilidad de horario de medio tiempo en turno matutino.
Manejo de herramientas de Office 365, especialmente Excel.
Inglés Conversacional.
Habilidad de comunicación efectiva.
Actitud de servicio y gusto por ayudar a los demás.
Facilidad para trabajar en equipo.
Persona proactiva, con energía y buena actitud.
Requisitos Deseables:
Disponibilidad para trabajar jornada completa.
Experiencia previa en entorno industrial.
Conocimientos o experiencia en gestión de contenido para redes sociales.
