Key Responsibilities

  • Receive, inspect, and record incoming shipments
  • Pick, pack, and prepare outgoing orders for shipping
  • Coordinate domestic and/or international shipments with carriers
  • Maintain accurate inventory records using inventory management systems
  • Conduct regular cycle counts and assist with physical inventory audits
  • Load and unload materials using forklifts or pallet jacks (if applicable)
  • Ensure proper labeling, storage, and organization of warehouse inventory
  • Follow company safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment
  • Communicate with logistics, purchasing, and customer service teams to resolve issues
  • Adheres to and participates in all EHS practices and standards across the site, including but not limited to proactive reporting of observed hazards and recommendations to ensure the safety and wellbeing of self and others.

Required Qualifications

  • Previous experience in warehouse, logistics, shipping, or inventory control
  • Knowledge of shipping procedures and documentation
  • Experience using inventory or warehouse management systems
  • Ability to lift and move packages (up to maximum weight requirement)
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Basic computer skills (email, data entry, spreadsheets)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Forklift certification is advantageous
  • Experience with UPS, FedEx, DHL, or freight carriers
  • Knowledge of inventory accuracy and cycle counting
