Oracle NetSuite – NetSuite Consulting Manager specialized in Zone Advance Billing

The consulting manager serves as subject matter expert on NetSuite ERP with good experienced in Record to Report, Order to Cash, Design to Build, Procure to Pay processes responsible for solutioning, client delivery, Pre Sales support and end to end implementations. Along with NetSuite this role would require expertise in Zone Advance Billing, ARM and the candidate needs to work with clients and gather requirements, document and design business process flows, documentation, configure and drive end to end implementation of Zone Advance Billing projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive requirement discussions with clients on all NetSuite modules, Advance Revenue Management, Zone Advance Billing and translate business requirements into well-architected solutions across all areas on NetSuite.
• Lead in designing custom solutions according to client specifications, solution user stories, estimation, design documentation, project and implementation plans aligned with business objectives.
• Demonstrate NetSuite thought leadership and educate clients on best practices adherence across implementation team.
• Oversee client delivery quality for assigned projects.
• Coordination with onshore teams on completing project activities driving project plans and milestones.
• Drive all phases of project implementation life cycle right from requirement gathering, designing solutions, documentation, configuring, conducting UAT/SIT (testing), training, go-live preparations with client and internal cross-functional team on NetSuite and Zone Advance Billing engagements.
• Hands on NetSuite knowledge to configure, unit test and deploy solutions.
• Deliver as an individual contributor and be able to lead a team of Consultants, Developers and/or Solution Architects.
• Absorb new product and technical capabilities from NetSuite and Zone & Co from new product releases.
• Keen to learn new partner products and solutions around NetSuite.
• Coach and mentor junior resources; own responsibility for ongoing configuration and grooming resources on projects, oversee client delivery quality on assigned projects.
• Manage tasks withing communicated budget, timelines, and quality.
• Utilization target of 75%

Qualifications:

• 9 - 15 years of functional, hands-on NetSuite experience, out of which 4 to 5 years implementing Zone Billing.
• Lead consultants on multiple NetSuite implementations and Zone Billing
• Should have experience on leading NetSuite & Zone billing projects font ending with clients.
• Must possess strong communication skills, proactiveness, fluency, interpersonal skills and manage task assignments for yourself and within teams. Must have problem solving ability. Monitor and drive issues to resolution.
• Must have led client discovery sessions, conducted system walkthroughs, and led delivery for NetSuite implementation projects.
• Certified NetSuite ERP Consultant and Admin
• Should have worked on at least 8 to 10 end to end fully cycle NetSuite implementations & 10+ Zone Advance Billing Implementations
• Candidates from B.E or MSc Computer Application or CPA or CA or MBA in Technology

Preferred:

• Preferred certifications:  NetSuite ERP Consultant, Admin, NetSuite ARM Certification, Multibook enablement, Zone Advance Billing certifications
• Functional knowledge on additional areas like SuiteBilling , ARM, AvaTax, SuiteTax, SuiteBilling, Dunning and other 3rd party solutions will be an added advantage
• Proficiency in Agile or Agile-hybrid methodologies.
