• Develop technical analyses, documentation, and presentations that clearly communicate planning concepts.

• Support business development through proposal development, client engagement, and maintaining strong relationships within the aviation community.

• Mentor junior staff through coaching, quality reviews, and technical guidance.

• Collaborate across disciplines to deliver integrated, high-quality solutions for our clients.

Qualifications

• Deep understanding of the U.S. airport industry and established relationships within the airport or aviation consulting community.

• Demonstrated experience managing airport planning projects of varying scale and complexity.

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in planning, Aviation Management, Business, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.

• 10 or more years of relevant professional experience.

• Strong verbal, written, and visual communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients, partners, and team members.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), AutoCAD, and GIS software.

• Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and meet deadlines.

• Strong technical understanding of airport planning principles, FAA guidelines, and airfield/airport facility geometry.

• Graphic layout skills (Photoshop, Illustrator, AutoCAD, and/or GIS) are highly valued.

• AICP or AAAE CM certifications are a plus but not required.
